Morning: English and Maths

10am to 12pm Vocational Staff (teachers, TDs and all who support Study Programmes) to meet with English and maths link tutors

Meeting facilitated by Section Manager

·         Schemes of Work for 2016/17

·         Homework Scheme of Work to develop English and maths skills beyond the classroom

·         Communication – agree protocol on things such as attendance

·         Behaviour strategies – agree consistent approach

·         Induction plans – How is the Study Programme explained? Collaborative approach focus on first 2 weeks

·         Initial Assessment process
