What is Professional Review?

Professional Review is an ‘appraisal’ conversation between managers and their staff  to identify and analyse a framework of skills, knowledge and behaviour that links to your department Quality Improvement Plans and College Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  The resulting CPD plan should set out meaningful learning and development priorities that are specific and personal to the individual and inform the plan for the department as a whole.  Professional Review template to aid discussions – Professional Review – Start of year and term 1 review docs
